Acts that impose an excessive load on the servers of this service and related services, or disrupt the operation of this service or its network system, or may have these effects.
Acts of providing direct or indirect benefits to antisocial forces.
Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users.
Minors using this service without the consent of their legal representative (parent or guardian).
Acts that harm our or other third party's reputation and disrupt operations.
Unreasonable inquiries or demands to us, such as repeatedly asking the same question more than necessary.
Unlawfully altering, rewriting, or deleting articles or data listed on this site.
Acts that contravene the Public Offices Election Act.

Article 9: User Responsibilities

If a user defames another person, infringes on privacy rights, discloses personal information of a third party without permission, violates copyright laws, or infringes on other people's rights in any other way, the user must resolve these issues at their own expense and responsibility, and we do not bear any responsibility.

Article 10: Usage Fees

Membership registration and usage of this service are free.
Image data created through the use of this service will be exempt from usage fees and copyright attribution (hereinafter referred to as credit) only within the agreed range.
Depending on the purpose of use, you may need to pay a usage fee or need to display credit.
In the event of fraud, we will charge ¥55,000 per image.
If our company suffers damage due to fraud, we may claim damages. In this case, the claim will cover the actual damage suffered by our company and the full cost required to prevent and correct the fraud.

Article 11: Handling of User Data

We handle user data in accordance with our privacy policy. Users grant us permission to use, process, and transfer user data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Article 12: Rights Regarding Created Data

Users of this service guarantee to us that the information of the created data does not infringe on the rights of any third party. In the event that any dispute arises with a third party due to a user's created data infringing on the rights of a third party, the user shall resolve the problem at their own expense and responsibility, and shall not cause any damage to us.

Article 13: Ownership and Licensing of Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights and other rights pertaining to the information, services, created data, and programs of this service belong to us.
The copyright and all other rights of the data created by using this service belong to us.

In this case, we shall not bear any responsibility for any damages caused by the changes to this service. We are not obligated to manage or store information about the data created or posted by users.
We do not assume any responsibility for the legality, accuracy, etc., of the information about the data created or posted by the user. We also do not bear any responsibility for whether the information created or posted by the user conforms to the internal rules of the corporation or organization to which the user belongs.
We shall be entitled to view, save, disclose, or provide to a third party the content of user information (including but not limited to IP address and timestamp information) in the following cases. We do not bear any responsibility for any damages caused to users by this.
- When it is necessary to identify and rectify the cause of a technical defect in this service.
- When we receive a formal inquiry based on laws and regulations from a public authority such as a court or police.
- When we determine that an act that violates this agreement or other terms of use has been or is likely to be committed, and it is necessary to check user information.
- When there is an imminent danger to life, body, and property, and there is an urgent need, as determined by us.

Article 15 Deletion Authority

We may take measures such as deleting all or part of the information of the created data or changing the scope of its publication, regardless of whether the created data is illegal or violates the regulations, in the following cases (however, we are not obligated to take these measures, and we are not obligated to disclose the reasons for taking these measures).

Article 16 Validity of this Agreement

Even if a part of the provisions of this agreement and other terms and conditions is judged to be invalid based on laws and regulations, the other provisions of this agreement and other terms and conditions shall remain valid.
Even if a part of the provisions of the terms and conditions is invalidated or cancelled in relation to a certain user, the terms and conditions shall remain valid in relation to other users.

Article 17 Governing Law, Jurisdiction

The interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

Supplementary Provisions

This agreement will be in effect from July 27, 2023.
